Great Product and Great Seller!!
The FIRST band lasted about a week. I loved the concept I hate the standard watchbands that stick out and get stuck on everything. I tried changing out the band back to the original one I received with the watch and it broke! I had to pry the metal piece from the watch…I was sad!!
The only band for comfort, security AND good looks
I’ve tried three watch bands with my S2 (and three with the Gear fit2 – with same style connector) and this is the best band I have worn! The original bands would catch and then open. When wearing traditional buckle styles the loose end would come out of the holder and flap around I was constantly putting it back in. One band wouldn’t stay connected to the watch- I even hot-glued the connectors closed- which worked until the glue fell off after multiple wearings. The MOKO stays on the watch and stays together on my arm!!! I use a letter opener to open the connectors to take the bands off the watch- but I can handle that if they stay so well in the first place. Not worried about losing my watch investment during a workout!
This is by far my favorite watch band for everyday use
This is by far my favorite watch band for everyday use. I love the silicone, easy to keep clean, doesn’t fade or get crease marks. These are easy to attach and detach when I switch to a dressier band. My favorite part is the that the extra band is tucked into the band so nothing is loose or showing. Nothing to get caught on. Love it!
Plan to put this on 1 time cause they are nearly impossible to remove!
This band can be compared to the Apple watch silicon band in a couple of ways. It is soft, pliable and comfortable but the little metal button is harder to push through the hole compared to the Apple band. The shape is slightly different, not domed at the top like the Apple band. The reason for the low 3-star is not the band but the attachment clips. Putting them on is difficult with 1 or 2 of them, you need to really press them hard upward to get them locked but that isn’t the worst of it. Trying to remove them is the major issue, so if you plan to install this band forever you’re fine. I tried to take it off after a few days to switch to another latch clasp band I bought, well forget it. I am a very technical (Quality Engineer) person and have done it for a living in both the mechanical and electrical field. I have to tell you these clasps are of very poor design compared to the real Samsung Gear S2 factory band clasps. I used a magnifying headset, examined them completely and came to the following conclusions after 30 minutes of frustrating work to get one of them off the watch without damaging my watch case. The metal clasp is of poor design appearing to be molded pot metal not stamped SS like on the Samsung band resulting in poor tolerances. But, the main problem and difference I found by taking each clip apart is that the MoKo clasp springs are twice as stiff as the Sam springs. This makes it nearly impossible to pull it back to release the tiny bar slot device from the watch case with your fingernail. My nail was bending backwards using the most force I could exert without breaking it just to try and release it without success. After all was said and done I ended up swapping the Sam clips for the MoKo clips because I like their band but the clips are bad. The springs in the MoKo clips need to be made with thinner spring steel so they are easier to compress. Ok, hope that helps you guys.
I have seriously skinny wrists so the stock band with the metal was so uncomfortable and always dug into my akin so I had to leave it loose which meant it slid around and couldn’t preform shealth features. Now with this band I can have it snug and it’s so confortable
Great value, as these are nearly $30 in stores.
This item was very inexpensive, and arrived quickly. I wish it had been a bit longer, I was on the last hole, but it did fit, and it was comfortable. I broke it while moving furniture, the silicone band separated from the metal mounting clip. So the clip is certainly good and strong, but I’m not sure about the way the band attaches to that clip, as I feel it broke rather easily, but I’m a brute, and my perception of easy/hard is kinda weird. Either way, I’m here to buy another, so it gets 4 stars! If this one also breaks “easily” I’ll change this review accordingly.
Decent quality. Can’t remove once it’s put on
Decent quality band. Catches some lint and dust.
Feels great and can be a little difficult to remove. But overall a great watch band.
I came across the other reviews only after purchasing this and It’s sad to hear that so many have had issues with theirs. I must be one of the lucky ones… The feel of the band is amazing. It’s very soft and I hardly notice that I’m wearing a watch anymore. It’s cleaner and it feels more flexible than the one that came with the watch originally. I gave it 4 stars because it can be a little difficult to remove. I gently lifted the clasp and had to wiggle it out, and that’s it. No need for pliers or any sort of prying, and it’s not something I’d consider returning. It seems a lot of other customers were not as fortunate.
